  • Timeframe for Standard Delivery: For orders with a standard delivery time, cancellations must be made within 1 hour of placing the order.
  • How to Cancel: To cancel an order, please log in to your Knockers account, go to the "My Orders" section, select the order you wish to cancel, and follow the prompts. Alternatively, you can contact us directly.
  • Refunds: If you cancel your order within the allowable timeframe, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

2. Order Cancellation by Knockers

Knockers reserves the right to cancel orders for various reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Unavailability of products (Out of Stock).
  • Inaccurate or incomplete payment information.
  • Issues related to fraud prevention.
  • Delivery location is outside our service area.

Notification: If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email or SMS. A full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. Non-Cancellable Items

  • Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of perishable items such as groceries, fruits, vegetables, milk, and bakery products, these items are non-cancellable once they have been processed and dispatched for delivery.
  • Custom Orders: Any custom or special orders that are personalized for you cannot be canceled once the order has been confirmed.

4. "Hire a Friend" Service Cancellations

  • Cancellation Timeframe: The "Hire a Friend" service can be canceled up to 4 hours before the scheduled service time.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation fee.
