4. Account Registration

5. Order Placement and Payment

• Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our website or app. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
• Payment: Payment for orders must be made at the time of purchase using the available payment methods. All prices are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS once your order is successfully placed.

6. Delivery

• Same-Day Delivery: We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before the cutoff time. Delivery times may vary based on location and availability.
• Delivery Charges: Delivery charges, if any, will be clearly stated at the time of checkout.
• Delivery Address: It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. Knockers is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.

7. Hire a Friend Service

• Booking: The "Hire a Friend" service allows you to book a service person to assist with various tasks. The scope of work must be agreed upon at the time of booking.
• Service Availability: Availability of service persons may vary based on location and demand.
• Liability: Knockers is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the actions of the hired service person. All services are provided at the customer's own risk.

8. Returns and Refunds

• Perishable Items: Due to the nature of perishable goods, returns are not accepted for grocery, vegetable, fruit, milk, or bakery products unless they are damaged or expired upon delivery.
• Non-Perishable Items: Returns for non-perishable items must be requested within 3 days of delivery and must be in original condition.
• Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 days of the return request.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
• Using our services for any unauthorized or illegal purpose.
